Ballet Jazz Combo for little dancers (6-7)
Ballet and Jazz dancing tones the body, builds flexibility and coordination, increases agility and grace and boosts self-confidence. When little kids study ballet and jazz, they grow confident in their abilities to learn and improve. They'll carry the confidence they build into every area of their lives - home, school and with friends. Ballet and Jazz classes provide an intense physical activity that still feels like a social and creative outlet.
Hip Hop Classes for Kids ( 8 - 10 )
Hip Hop is a high-intensity dance form that allows kids to release their pent-up energy. It helps them manage stress and anxiety by allowing them to burn it off in a safe and constructive way. Over time, hip hop dancers build and tone muscles and gain all-over strength that will keep them healthy and help them with other physical activities.
Jazz Classes for Kids ( 8 - 10)
Jazz dance combines the techniques of ballet with modern dance and popular dance forms. It's one of the most versatile types of dance and fun for students of all ages.
Jazz dancing tones the body, builds flexibility and coordination, increases agility and grace, and boosts self-confidence.
An urban style of dance associated with "street crews" which evolved into a structured form. Movement is low to the ground and influenced by today's youth culture. Class includes techniques for locking, popping and krumping.
Hip hop offers tweens a unique way to express themselves through movement and musicality. Because hip hop is flexible and highly personal, dancers learn how to tell stories and express their feelings through dance.

An evolving form of dance using isolations, rhythms, and contrasting movemements. Steps are based on mostly parallel positions of the legs. Jazz emphasizes the downbeat of the music's rhythms. Includes styles such as latin, lyrical, contemporary, funk and pop.
There is something about jazz dance that helps kids acquire confidence in themselves. As they learn, class after class, to control their bodies and movements, they realize they can accomplish anything!
Students in our hip hop dance classes have a blast moving their bodies to the music. Because hip hop is a form of street dancing, it offers a wide range of movements and styles to choose from.
Teens start by learning the fundamentals in order to create a style that is their very own. They will learn how to tell stories and express their feelings tohroughdance.
Hip hop classes teach everything from basic moves to complex routines that combine dance and acrobatics. It is an intense aerobic activity that release dopamine and endorphins, feel-good hormones that elevate the mood.
Jazz classes teach students an expressive form of dance that combines techniques from classical ballet with modern dance and popular dance forms. It provides an intense workout that's also an art form. Incorporating jumps and turns, jazz dancing builds strong muscles, coordination, flexibility and balance.
Our Jazz classes enable students to learn everything from basic dance techniques to advanced tricks. By combining creativity and fitness, students learn to discipline themselves and express themselves while building strong muscles and improving flexibility.

We will have our pricing finalized at the Free Dance Day. Be assured that our classes will cost less than most similar programs.
It's recommended but not required. Just be sure that students are wearing clothes in which they can move freely and are not wearing any jewelry that could break or cause injury while moving vigorously.
There is free parking on both sides of Washington Boulevard and on the side streets. Please be careful not to block any driveways because some of our neighbors will complain.
No food allowed in the studio. Bring plenty of water to keep your dancer hydrated, bottled water is available for sale at the front desk.
Age guidelines are similar to those of public schools but we also want your child to be in the class most appropriate for their dance experience, maturity, etc. You can sign up for classes in the age groups just below or above in your discretion, but please remember that spaces are limited and we want as many children as possible to try the preview classes.
