At Open House you can try classes for free! Check out the studio, try some classes, and find the ones you like.
The classes at this Open House are mostly fitness or workout classes, like the samples below but we have many more classes, like Contemporary, Jazz, Ballet, Technique - talk to the front desk if you need help finding your new favorite.
You don't need to sign up in advance, but if you do, we will hold your space.
PlyoJam

Plyojam combines simple dance moves with short, explosive plyometric exercises. Improves cardiovascular health, stamina, strength and it's fun!
Beats & Burn
11:30am - 11:50 am at Open House!
Non-stop, high energy, hip hop dance fitness! Great variety of moves, great range of songs in playlist and each class focuses on different parts of the body!
Cardio Barre
1:30pm - 1:50pm
Work your abs, your arms, your quads and get that cardio going!! You will definitely feel it afterwards, but you'll also see your body change and feel yourself getting stronger. Our instructor, Ilan, is in great demand at high end gyms that charge way more than we do! Bring a mat (or rent one at the studio), lots of water and a towel.
