The C Spot LA is a place to celebrate ourselves and each other through the love of dance.  We offer our space as part of a larger community where joy, support, collaboration and feel good vibes are laid on the dance floor and beyond. The C Spot LA - Create Your Special Space

I found my love of dance when my adult daughter saw me bogeying down at a wedding and said she'd never seen me so happy.  I started taking classes, lost weight,  and made new friends. It was great.  After my partner of 26 years died in August 2020, 2 weeks after our dog, I was devastated until we found a spot for a few of us to dance together.   I realized I wanted to open a studio so I could recreate the community I loved. 

The C Spot has turned out even better than I had dared to hope - a beautiful space with a great vibe, wonderful instructors and when people emerge from a class, dripping with sweat, totally exhausted yet filled with joy, I am so very happy
