Our First Showcase

Breathe!

Candace Nicholas-Lippman opened our showcase with her spoken word performance. So powerful, so real.

(We gave away two tickets to her June performances at the Odyssey Theater - everybody should have a chance to experience this)

Latin-Jazz Fusion

Irene Rubinsky, our wonderful instructor, worked with us a lot! Rehearsing this, over and over, with her comments and observations was such a great learning experience.

And performing it after all that work was like a dream!

Dance 101

They look sooo good! Hard to believe that one of them had only been dancing since December!

Kudos go to Jeremiah - He's a great instructor, really fun combos, willing to help you until you get it and so encouraging.

Catch the Groove

Anthony Sharp has the best playlists and each class has a simple combo that you do over and over to different songs, rhythms. Great workout, lots of cardio, and, once you don't need to worry about remembering the steps, you can find your own style, and put your spice on it!,

Broadway Jazz

Aren't they the nicest kids in town? Yes. And the happiest? They are enjoying this so much!

Campbell creates great choreography for every class, injecting it with her dynamism and energy. She is quite persuasive, too, because one of the performers had only come to two classes before deciding to join the showcase!.

Hip Hop Party

Karter brings the creativity here, and puts his unique spin on everything he does.

It's always fun to see what he comes up with, the moves, the costumes (love his kilt!), the music, the story!
