Cardio Barre - with Ilan

Cardio Barre is such a popular and effective workout, we've been hoping...and we finally have it!

Ilan has taught at the top fitness studios and trains newbies to teach his method. Some of those studios charge $35+ for his class!

We are so glad he is here and we will not charge $35 (LOL). Just try it. You will be amazed at the results and so proud of yourself if you just try it!

Bring your own mat, plenty of water, a mat, a towel and you're good to go!

Brazilian Funk Fit - with Nanda

She's a dancer, instructor, choreographer for the Brazilian Film Festival, appeared in many dance videos and now she is teaching her spicy fitness at the C Spot LA! If you want to move your hips, shake your booty and sweat, a lot, check it out!

We are transitioning from Mindbody in 2025

Mindbody has not updated its core scheduling features and app for many years, unlike its newer, and more efficient competitors. We will announce the new service, and the app to book online shortly

End of Year Discount (before the prices go up)

New Year Special: 15 classes for $270, good for 6 months. This special will be sold for one week only, from December 16 - December 23.

This is the first time we have raised our prices since we opened, but, unfortunately, the rent rises every year and we have to keep up. So, the new prices are:

Single Class - $23

5 class pack - $105

10 class pack - $199

Unlimited - $220

Studio 55+-

Do you love to dance in clubs but don't go anymore because you don't want to stay up that late? Or you think you are too old to be gyrating in public? Or you don't the music they play now and want to hear stuff from back in the day?

Studio 55+- will be a monthly popup on a Saturday night from 7:00 pm - 10pm open to everyone, 21 and up. We will have a dj, refreshments, maybe even a disco ball, and you can bring your friends. We are figuring out details, including the entrance fee, now. So stay tuned.

We will not be as famous as Studio 54, the iconic NY disco from the late 70s, but we will definitely have way more fun!
